I had an incredible experience at Nando’s! The service was top notch—I honestly felt like I was dining in a Michelin star restaurant. From the moment I sat down, the staff made me feel completely taken care of. Even though they weren’t the ones who took my order, multiple servers checked in on me throughout my meal to make sure everything was okay. The mild flavor chicken with mango lime sauce was not the same as in the past; had very little flavor, the rice was stale and the portion was so small, half the amount as before. Owners must have changed! Will not be going back there anytime soon. Very disappointing! Another issue is that they request you pay a tip for takeout orders.....
