Terrible take-out experience. I love a nandos char, but this was just burnt all the way through. I also ordered the chicken burger, but recieved the chicken sandwich.

The food is great. Dining in person is probably lovely. But unfortunately, when we order delivery from this location we are missing at least one item around 90% of the time.

I’ve visited this Nando’s many times, and the difference between the daytime and evening food quality is very noticeable. During lunch and until around 6 p.m., the kitchen team consistently does a great job. That quality is what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, my last three evening visits after 6–7 p.m. have been disappointing. The wings have seemed undercooked, and the fries have been cold, soggy, and sometimes burnt—like they had been sitting around rather than served fresh. The food has been difficult to enjoy. Very disappointing experience at the Mosaic District location on October 11th. We waited over an hour for our 24 wings while others in our group had already received their chicken. When I asked the manager about switching to regular chicken, she said it would only be another six minutes, but we waited another 20 minutes with no food. There was no proactive communication, apology, or effort to make things right. I understand restaurants get busy, but the lack of customer service was frustrating. Management needs to do better.
