Me and my family go here occasionally. But today, my sister Fatimah didn't go with us and we lost our water bottle because she didn't go.
Every time Ive been here, I’ve had good service but today it was as if the workers didn’t want to be at work. It took 20 mins for me to get my food, only for me to get home and find that my chicken was over cooked and dry. The cashier said someone would call my name, they did not. (I watched my food be bagged and left on counter) I had to walk over and the lady who took my order went to check if it was my order and handed it to me.
Love this spot
This is my favorite restaurant. This location however, just like a previous reviewer said, has gone downhill. My food came out with a hair in it, food was barely room temp. I asked the server for cups for my drinks and he said itll come out soon. I had to go to the front to ask for cups. I had to send the food back completely as my meal had been contaminated with the long strand of black hair. Very sad how the service has really gone downhill.
