Been to Nandos many times but my experience at this particular location was bad. The employee taking food order was rude and not welcoming. (Sunday sept. 28) around 4pm. We waited 40minutes before our food came out and still didn’t get any plates. 5+ mins after food was brought out is when we finally got plates. Also paid for 3 ranches that never came out, paid for corn & it didn’t come out til the end of our meal. Food was amazing but horrible service at this location.
They always serve me cold fries. I didn’t know you have to ask for Fresh fries. Why aren’t they freshly made anyway.
