Nandos was terrific today! Wanted to shoutout Josh the assistant manager and the whole team tonight, you guys rock! Thanks for the great service and great food! We will be back! 🫶
The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! We waited over 40 minutes for our food and when I notified the manager she told me that it was MY responsibility to say something rather than them taking accountability for their mistake. I feel like if they would’ve taken some sort of accountability, I would’ve gotten over it, but they decided to double and triple down on how it was my fault. All in all, a horrible experience and I would recommend staying far away from this place till they can get it together
Service was very poor and very unfriendly from the 2 ladies that greeted and served us, felt toxic. Kitchen crew were great.
