Went in today for my birthday lunch after being a repeat customer. I was expecting a calm and enjoyable experience like usual but instead was attacked and accused. There was no one seating customers so I got into the ordering line. The host seated a couple immediately when they had arrived after me. Horrible service. Don’t come here if you don’t want to wait over an HOUR for your food. Genuinely horrible. And when we tried speaking to the manager she wouldn’t even give us the time of day.

The order took an hour to come out. It seemed like there was only one person in the kitchen. The restaurant is not nearly fully packed to warrant this wait time. The food was decent but visibly below the quality of other Nando’s locations. The food did not come out hot. The chicken thigh was overcooked somehow. I will never visit this location again.

Avoid like the plague! Horrific service!!! Waited over a full hour, it’s total chaos in that kitchen! “Manager” extremely rude and not helping customers. A stain on the Nando’s name, I will be contacting corporate. Ruined our night.
