“It’ll be 20 minutes,” they said. 62 minutes later, I got the Chicken bowl to-go that I ordered. Around 40 minutes, I spoke with the manager to let her know I was running out of time on my lunch break. No apology, no ownership, just “we had a large catering order to get out.” I just wish I’d known so I could have gone elsewhere. 0 stars for service, but the food is damn good.
Changing my rating since I accidentally pressed 5 stars. First, the address was incorrect for this location. Second the inside was not clean and the chairs were dirty, the soda fountain did not even have coke zero and the diet coke only gave plain soda. The chicken was overcooked. Portions were not right and my stomach feels upset after eating the protien chicken bowl. This venue needs a total overhaul. I'm a huge Nandos fan but this was the worst one I've ever been to. Do not recommend going here.
Been here twice in last two weeks wait times over 30 mins.
