I recently visited Nando's in Morley and experienced average to good service. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our orders were taken promptly. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a casual meal. While the wait for food was a bit longer than expected, the delicious flavors made up for it. A solid choice for a casual dining experience!
Went to Nando's Morley today and the rice tasted old/stale. When a staff member asked how the food was, I mentioned my concern about the rice. I expected it to be passed to the chef or for them to offer a replacement, but nothing was done and my concern was ignored. If customers take the time to give feedback, staff should follow through and let the kitchen know. Small things like fresh sides make a big difference. Hope management looks into food quality and staff training
