My family and I had a disappointing experience at Nando's on the night of Wednesday, 5 August, during closing time. At around 9:55 pm, a Caucasian team member wearing spectacles came to our table and informed us that no further orders would be taken as the restaurant was closing. We completely understood and appreciated the notice. However, the situation became uncomfortable when he repeatedly insisted that we either finish our food immediately or pack it into takeaway boxes so he could close the restaurant. The food was so great and Delicious its fantastic. The staff also were so helpful in sorting out what I needed. Very knowledgeable and approachable and super friendly. Shoutout to Miss Maridel she's so Polite, efficient, and friendly I would like to commend her for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. The service provided by Miss Maridel was excellent. Very courteous and efficient.
Good food. "Mr. Chicken" was lovely too.
