I regularly come to Beldon Nando’s and am normally pretty happy with the service, apart from the odd time my order has mistakenly been made extra hot instead of lemon & herb. Today though, I was served by an older lady who I believe was the manager and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. The way she spoke to me throughout the whole interaction was honestly unnecessary. After ordering lunch online, we then waited in store today for an hour after arriving 15 mins from placing the order. Really disappointed. Don’t know what has changed, the service has been good up until today. It was a small order for two that we had been looking forward to. Chicken wasn’t quite cooked which we’ve never experienced before.
