I can not mention one specific visit. she is always such a warm and friendly person to talk to. she takes the time to listen and explains in detail. she is a wonderful human with a lot of passion for what she does. she has been my PCG for almost 25 years now. Thank you for your true professionalism and great service!
Dr. Nandkumar is an excellent doctor at diagnosing problems and consistently provides the right care and medicine. She always finds time to talk to be about my problems, and never makes me feel that she is in a rush. She does not recommend unnecessary tests and is always honest. I have been a patient for 16 years and I've always had a nice and pleasant experience, and without her help I would not be this healthy.
She is awesome. Listens well and truly loves her patients! The office staff is HORRIBLE. They don't follow through on anything. I have had problems with them more than once! They need to get rid of them all!
Great Doctor!, one of the best for internal medicines in the Chicago area, however her Staff in the front desk are the worst. We had a tough time both getting appointments and in-case you need a new prescription you are in for a ride. They put us on hold several times for over 5 mts and kept asking us How can I help ?. Specially one of the ladies in the front desk has an attitude and ego that just doesn't align well to the service industry, not in today's Digital age.
