She listens, does not rush you and makes you feel valued.
The absolute worst staff ever. Go elsewhere. Staff will talk over you (Maya & Paige are the absolute worst) and bully you over the phone. They refuse to let you speak. Just avoid this practice
Dr Rao is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. She listens to your concerns and works to insure the best care is given.
She has been my onocolgist for 12 years now . I couldn’t think of changing. She listens she stays upto date on new treatments, as a Cancer patient new or old you want your doctor to know the latest information and offer you a chance if it means a better life for you.
