Update: I went and saw the doctor and as mentioned, she is a very kind person and she addressed my concern with attention and compassion. I have been with this facility for over a year. I have a very good relationship with the doctor but the staff is real bad. The doctor asks me to get some blood work done to me and when I give the blood, and confirm that I am getting everything the doctor asks me to to get is done, the results are just not he same.
