Dr Nandini Sharma does not like when you ask her questions. I am my grandparents medical power of attorney and she told them she feels that I am intimidating because I ask clarifying questions. She wants patients that fall into line and do not question her process. She speaks over you and makes you feel stupid when asking for clarification. She wants to be the smartest person in the room. Very disappointing. I saw Dr. Sharma on April 28 and was given an order for blood work. Next available appointment was June 21st and I received a call on June 16th saying I needed to have the bloodwork redone because it needed to be done 2 weeks prior to the appointment. The scheduler said she would send order to my lab but that did not happen so I can not get blood work done prior to appointment. Why do I have to be on hold for an hour just to get your fax number? Why can't you put it on your website?
Nandini Sharma is a very disappointing physician. She gave my mother less than minimal consultation time, to say the least. She did not respect my request to have my mother's grim diagnosis be delivered with myself by her side; instead coldly delivering it to my mother (who was alone in a hospital bed), that she has cancer and that she (Sharma) needed to rush on to go see another patient.
