I did my haircut yesterday and I'm totally disappointed with my new haircut.I asked for something and the staff(I think her name is Mancy I'm not sure)did something else..she just came and started cutting my hair. she didn't even ask me what I want ,then I showed her a haircut video so that she can get an Idea what I want but the final result was totally disappointing.I think she is really unprofessional..

We visited before and had a great haircut for our child, so we decided to come back. This time we got a different stylist and unfortunately the result was not as good. The quality was a noticeable step down from our first visit. Inconsistent experience depending on who you get.

Worst !! You make an appointment and you would end up waiting for another 1 hr. If you say you have a appt , then they laugh !! Place is a joke !!
