I visited your salon for eyebrow shaping, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I had to explain multiple times (4–5 times) how I wanted my eyebrows done, but the staff member kept insisting her work was correct. In the end, my eyebrows turned out uneven, with one noticeably thinner than the other. I had also visited earlier for a haircut, which was not done properly. I visited today for a 30-minute hot oil massage and hair wash.The massage was relaxing, but after the wash my hair still felt oily and greasy, so I had to wash it again when I got home. I even asked them to use my own shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask, but I was still charged $65, which feels quite high for this service in this area. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very happy with the overall experience.
Awesome haircut in salon today! The stylist listened perfectly to what I wanted, took her time, and gave me a precise, flattering cut that feels light and easy to style. She was friendly, skilled, and professional—the whole vibe was great. My hair looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend this spot—I'll definitely return! 5 stars
I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else for eyebrow threading. She fixed up my brows and genuinely makes sure she’s doing the best for her clients. Love her!!!
