The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process. I called on Monday morning and was asked to call back after 1 PM, which I completely understood since they were busy at the time. However, when I called back at 1 PM, I was told to contact my insurance company for clearance, even though this had already been done and my child is already a patient at the same clinic. She is phenomenal, brilliant, caring and truly listens . She is thorough and was absolutely holistic and left no stone unturned in my care. Highest recommendation.
I have seen Dr. Kansra a few times last year for various reasons. I have been very happy with my consultations and the suggestions made by Dr. Kansra. I found her very caring and practical and approacheable. She took over the practice of my previous primary care physician Dr. Kramer when she retired. I would recommend Dr. Kansra in Westboro to any one seeking to find a primary care doctor!
