The pizza was great
When it’s time to order a pizza, Nancy’s is my family’s go-to every time. It’s a no brainer for me.
1st time ordering from Nancy's. The pizza was very good and when I picked up the young man at the register was very nice. But at the time I ordered via phone (as I had a coupon that only allowed phone order), phone rang too many times with no answer twice, the 3rd time the line was answered & I was left on hold for over 11 min. I had to call a 4th time to finally place my order. Nancy's needs to better train their staff and/or hire more qualified people.
