Customer service was literally the worst ever!!!! They all had attitudes ! Even the manager! I’m never going back. I asked them 3 times to put the game on where I was sitting at the bar. Which they ended up doing the 3rd time but she had an attitude while doing it. I guess people just clock in to get a check and not go above and beyond to treat their customers. It was so sad that my first time going was the worst.
I love their food. been eating Nancy's since I was a little girl in Chicago. I will continue to eat Nancy's pizza forever the best pizza ever!

I loved it at Nancy’s... when I resided in the Atlanta location for undergrad and graduate school. My college bro and I would go to Karoake at the one in Buckhead all the time. I lived down the street from it. The owner was really cool and I enjoyed the dj rest in Heaven Mr. D. The bartender was really nice too Miss Ninah. The food was bomb and really delicious. Had a coupon for dine in only, but due to COVID manager graciously allowed us to still use the coupon for takeout since that was only option available. Really appreciate the manager being flexible with us due to these unprecedented times. Thoroughly enjoyed the Rocco's Party thin crust pizza. (The veggie pizza was also good, but I will request the onions be diced a lot smaller next time. The onions pieces were too big for me. ) Definitely recommend.
