Heyyy I’m that customer she referring to I had no issues with this salon tbh. She came in with an attitude because there was a wait, second we in east durham everybody knows it’s never a lot of workers when it’s close to closing time. Then she the same lady counting my pockets when she didn’t even know what was going on when that price was quoted to me I also got gel x and French tip as well as a pedicure. I came in the establishment with my daughter and asked how long it would be for two pedicures. They said 30 minutes. I said no thank you, I don’t want to wait that long and they said the other girl getting a pedicure is getting a polish change so they can get me in 10 minutes and that someone was on the way back. Long story short my feet was in cold water for 36 minutes before I said forget it. My daughter waited about 25 minutes and get her feet down but they originally promised it would be done together. $20 for tip removal is WILD.
Seriously my third time there. Nail tech was on her phone the entire time. I had to get two nails repaired and it took over a hour. Maybe if she wasn’t on her phone it could have gotten done faster. Also ask how much they charge before they do your nails. Prices weren’t consistent.
