This is my first time coming to Nancy’s, and I had an absolutely terrible experience. I came in with an inspiration picture and explained to my nail tech what I was looking for. She said she was able to do it. Then she did my nails, they are incredibly thick, crooked and lumpy. As well as the entire nail bed is not covered so as they grow out, my natural nail will show through the sides. I told her they were too thick and she did nothing about it. Linda and her staff were amazing I came in with broken and destroyed nails from out of town ! (Called ahead) a small time before they closed and she fit me in! I was in distress she gave me some options on how she can help, she did me a dip powder fill and replaced 4 nails , I was so excited and relived ! She paid close attention to detail she got me fresh and new with using dip for the first time , a nice and neat set I will definitely be back when I’m in town ! THANKS LINDA! This was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be back. I have been searching for a new salon because the last few ones I went too, I was disappointed but Nancy’s nails left me super impressed!!! Lisa is the BEST, she is so sweet and professional. I told her that my nails are sensitive, and she really respected that. I can’t wait to come again!! 😀also, they have polish that looks like gel but isn’t only a few dollars more on a regular manicure!
