Recently I tried Soha Elsayed classes and I can tell you that she is so professional and always on time! Usually I train with Nancy but I really loved her classes too! Definitely try her you won’t regret it!

I have been doing semi private PT with her and I cant say enough good things about it. I love coming here. The classes are a lot of fun and the energy levels are amazing. Nancy is hands down the best. If I could give 100 stars I would!
I cannot say enough great things about this gym. I participate in the personal training done by Nancy. I started very nervously as I have a heart condition and it is delicate to deal with. She made me and still makes me feel comfortable, supported, and free to be able to work at my own pace. She is always encouraging me and I have gained so much strength and stamina from her sessions.
