My name is Nancy Baydoun, creator of the Infinite Athlete INC. I am a certified personal trainer, a run coach, avid marathon runner and mom, with a love for people and movement. The Infinite Athlete is a fitness revolution that encompasses multiple methods of training, and reminds the individual that movement is timeless. There is no finish line to health, and because there is no finish line, we must enjoy the journey. Too many times, people look at working out and attach a negative connotation to it.

I have been doing semi private PT with her and I cant say enough good things about it. I love coming here. The classes are a lot of fun and the energy levels are amazing. Nancy is hands down the best. If I could give 100 stars I would!
I cannot say enough great things about this gym. I participate in the personal training done by Nancy. I started very nervously as I have a heart condition and it is delicate to deal with. She made me and still makes me feel comfortable, supported, and free to be able to work at my own pace. She is always encouraging me and I have gained so much strength and stamina from her sessions. I am so happy i joined this fitness studio. Prior to starting, i was suffering from muscle weakness, sciatica, and headaches. I found so much strength, flexibility, and relaxation from these classes. My sciatica is completely gone. I am stronger than ever and feel amazing!!! I recommend everyone joins this studio.
