She was ok I asked her to just take half an inch off and she cut too much, hair grows back so I’m fine but she just didn’t listen to how I wanted my hair!
She does not know how to follow instructions, I’ve asked her to cut a little on top and the back and she proceeded to cut more than I wanted this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. She keeps saying ok ok and then cut however length she’s feels like it. I’m never coming back here again
Honestly I’m really disappointed with how my hair came out. I showed and explained the type of layers I wanted, and it looks nothing like what I asked for. I also specifically wanted a blowout, but my hair ended up very frizzy after it was blow dried, so we started straightening the front instead, which I did not want. What also bothered me was that no heat protectant was used before applying heat, and now the front of my hair smells burnt.
