Completely cray-cray. A good friend of mine went to see her for her daughter. Her reaction was absolutely inappropriate. She went on telling her about her own son, whom she threw on the streets..... at the end of the meeting, my friend told her that she probably wouldn't be a good choice for her daughter. Her answer was: "yeah, you're probably right!" She also had the nerve of sending her an invoice!
