Nancy was great! And I didn't take it easy on here. The first house I made an offer on fell through due to the seller not following through on their end. Nancy did everything she possibly could to make it happen but in the end, the seller couldn't produce proper documentation and we had to move on. Everything happens for a reason. It's been a few years now since Nancy went above and beyond to help secure our first home here in Omaha. I didn't appreciate what effort it took when it happened but now, knowing so much more about the industry, I can't believe the effort she put in.
