While Dr. Gentle seems great and doesn't over prescribe medications, the back office doesn't know their rear end from a hole in the ground. We were sent wrong paperwork for a different kid, and given a duplicate flu shot because "our system doesn't tell us what shot is due, only that one is due." There's a reason we weren't questioned when we said we were changing practices. ..
Dr. Gentle is very caring and always works so well with our daughter. She takes time to explain everything thoroughly. It is a busy practice, but they always fit us in when needed. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
I am very pleased with the care Dr Gentle provides.
