I had such a wonderful experience at Lakeside Birth Center and would absolutely recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a birth center experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. She shared so much helpful information and guided me through things like insurance and FMLA, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming.
