The best Dr in the world! Dr. Noel was my pcp when she left a couple of years ago (boy was i sad). Found out she was back and instantly went back to being her patient. I happily drive 40 mins to see her and it is always a pleasure seeing her smiling face. Long story short, wherever she goes ILL BE!
Excellent physician! She always takes time and is very thorough. I highly recommend her.
