I'm sorry to report that Ms Richmond is a very incompetent provider. She prescribed a pricy cream for my feet WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ATHLETES FOOT FUNGUS diagnosed by my wound care Dr !!! The Dr told me what to buy OTC and the fungus was gone in 3 days. Richmond allowed me to go 6 months without proper care or meds. She treated a skin cancer on my face AND HAD TO DO IT AGAIN because she didn't go deep enough. This woman is a menace to the health care community. Please seek a real dermatologist.

This healthcare professional is excellent. She spent a lot of time with my daughter and I at our appointment. She didn’t rush us at all and was very kind and thorough. Everyone in the office was also very friendly and helpful!
