Short version: She treats people very badly and then immediately attacks them for feeling defensive, even if they don't complain. Incredibly snappy, brief, cut me off when speaking dozens of times with admonishments about how this was "just a screening call." Which was fine, and I tried to be brief. Ignored the points I was trying to make and repeatedly asked me to look up or find out a law statute that was broken - because apparently I was supposed to be my own lawyer.
