I had my annual screening appointment, but had an issue with my Dr's referral form. Lusine from Ultrasound and her Manager Shannon assisted for me to do the correct tests. Further they communicated with my Dr in order to do the best screening tests for me. Lusine provided all necessary information for me. All staff who assisted me from the registration, mammogram and ultrasound are very supportive and helpful. Truly appreciated their amazing work !
One of the best medical centers for women. Friendly staff and an efficient process create an excellent patient experience. Appreciate all the staff and doctors working in this center.
Every time I call them to set up an appointment it takes about 30 minutes. All of the representatives that I get on the line are extremely slow and rude. Please fix your customer service lines.
