Scheduling my appointment was fine. I paid the consultation fee up front and we had a date set. The day of my appointment I got a text from Shelby saying she needed to reschedule due to Nancy being out sick. She rescheduled me for the exact day and time she texted me canceling my appointment. I tried to call and reach out to them for clarification with no response, since I noticed this error on Shelby's part. I was referred to this "attorney" by my mother in law and I have to say, STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! She will come off as modest and nice and understanding and reasonable but once the contract is signed the bills suddenly have a "Prior balance" of thousands of dollars that they don't even try to explain/justify, only that if you don't pay they will sue you for much more than what you supposeably "owe". Most unprofessional, worthless person not even attorney but person I have ever met in my life.
I've used Nancy for several different cases over the years and she has always gotten me amazing results. She is kind, personable, and definitely knows what she's doing. Her assistant, Shelby, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always upbeat and sweet! Definitely recommend!
yes, I wrote a five star review that was basically towards her assistant that did everything and ran that office until she no longer worked there. My ex-husband filed a motion to modify was charged $7000 flat fee from his attorney. I was told to pay 2000 upfront and I’ve been paying $400 a month since July 2025 bringing the total to $6000 that I paid her minus the month of December which she didn’t help me pay so I have paid a total of $5400. Nancy & her assistant Shelby helped me through a difficult time! They went above and beyond for me during my divorce! They walked me through the steps.Shelby was amazing through the whole process! Nancy made sure to get me everything that I asked for without a fight! Thank you ladies!
