SAW THIS DOCTOR ONCE SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK IN MY THROAT OR ASK ME WHAT WERE MY SYMPTOMS. SHE WAS IN A RUSH. RIGHT AWAY SHE SUGGESTED SURGERY. I SAID HOW YOU WANT TO DO SURGERY YOU DID NOT EVEN SEE MY THROAT YET. I REFUSED. SHE WAS RUDE CONDESCENDING ARROGANT SHE DID NOT LIKE I QUESTION HER. I GOT A SECOND OPENING. ALL WAS GOOD DID NOT NEED TO REMOVE TONSILS THEY ARE PERFECT. NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEM BEFORE. I WENT TO A NEW FANTASTIC DOCTOR IN DELAND. I recently had a tonsillectomy and not only was her staff amazing, but Dr. Butler’s concerns for my health and well being was first priority. Dr. Butler made sure that I was prepared for the procedure and she made sure all my needs were met. Her care and follow up made my recovery easy. I couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon . Thanks Dr. Butler.
She walked in a said sorry for your right hearing loss ! I’ve been having whooshing sounds for 3 months she didn’t check my ear I’ve past the first exam and the second didn’t at her office , she wasn’t listening to me , she was sick with no mask. Told me if putting pressure in my ear wouldn’t help nothing but told me the whooshing sound will go away , if it goes away I could hear normal but “ I’m deaf “ . Don’t recommend her won’t be coming back ! I need a dr who actually cares about there job and not rush the appointment!
