Dr. Bertsch took the time to understand my background and I felt that she listened, and provided very helpful and useful feedback. She took an immediate action and created a plan based off my history, lab results, and tests. I didn’t have to wait and wonder what the next steps would be since she outlined a detailed plan and explained it to me. I highly recommend her!
