I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor. Rather than working with me as a parent, I felt judged, blamed, and spoken down to throughout the entire appointment. Instead of asking about the challenges we’ve faced, the doctor repeatedly implied that I was doing something wrong. My daughter’s hearing aids have had ongoing issues since she received them, and our appointments have repeatedly been scheduled much farther out than they should have been despite ongoing concerns.
