I used them for about 5 years and won't again. An error on my taxes almost cost me $4k, but an IRS rep helped me reduce it to $1000. Nancy's office literally said, "It must have been an error in your paperwork." After their office was the one that completed it. They just said, "oh well, and good luck". The IRS agent said it was their error, but Nancy's Office didn't offer help or ways to make it right. I do not recommend.
Nancy and her team are thorough and very helpful. I’ve known her 20 years and she is nothing but kind and helpful.
Went here for over 20 years. I go on military leave just one year and now they won't do my taxes unless they did my taxes the year I was on military leave. Absolutely horrible. Treating our vets like this. Nancy knows what she's doing but this is disrespectful to our military vets.
