We have had nothing but a good experience with Dr.Beck from appointments to prescriptions. The office staff has also been so nice and helpful.
Avoid this Centrum at all costs. If you have a child with diabetes and need urgent help, you won't get it. If you run out of insulin—too bad. No Omnipods? Too bad again. Need an urgent appointment? Well, try waiting three months. If you express dissatisfaction, they'll act like it's your fault. I've compared several centers—others rate a 10 out of 10, this one barely gets a 2. I dont think the doctor is a problem, but absolutely incapable, unprofessional people in front desk.
Do not recommend! Took almost two months to hear back for my newborns results due to seizure like symptoms. Kept calling every week and doctor never called back. Went for follow up appointment and they ended up rescheduling without my knowledge due to her being out. Wasted my time to get off of work and drive across town to not be seen. Will find my son another doctor that actually cares about his health. Very unprofessional!
Nancy Beck isn't respectful because have as wetting for one hour and 45 minutes and I saw people coming later then we coming and checkin by for then as and oder time I was 10 minutes late and didn't expect it and the give me a oder appointment in 6 months so the last time we see her she felt like she having problems
