Hi Nancy, you don't know me, but you canceled someone's policy because of me. You outright blamed me in the email saying it's my fault the policy isn't being renewed for this individual. Maybe I missed something, but the information you were asking didn't make sense. All you had to say in the email was "we see he has an active policy with Geico, can you clarify this please?" Because I wasn't aware I had an active auto policy from Geico - except I don't. I'm not sure what underwriting saw, but the information was incorrect. T... read more
