I had a motorcycle policy with two motorcycles with the Nancy Leavitt Agency LLC. On August 6, 2024 I sent an email to the Leavitt Insurance team to cancel the insurance on one of my motorcycles. I received a confirmation email back from the Nancy Leavitt Agency stating that my KTM 690 Duke has been cancelled and that any refund will be mailed to the address on file. I've insured with Nancy for a long time and she 100% excited to answer/return my phone calls. She takes care of me like I'm family. Sometimes there are some hard truths but you know that she's always looking out for your best interests. If you don't love your insurance company, you definitely don't have Nancy Leavitt Agency.
Barbara was very easy to deal with. She went above our expectations by staying late to get us a quote for our insurance so we were able to use a golf cart! Sounds very tedious, not much in it for her, I’m sure. We appreciate her gesture so much and would recommend her for your insurance needs. She cares and that says a lot about a person.
