I have been trying to get my 9 year old medical records since this past July. 6 months now or more and haven't been able to get them yet so I can't even have him seen at the new office i have him at and seems to me they would want him to be treated even if not at there facility. This is unacceptable I've even been to the place signed for the release and still have yet to get them. I do not recommend them to anyone. This place don't care about your children only money. Dr. Powers is awesome. Very caring, and listens intently to the concerns brought to her from parents. She responds quickly and is willing to do what is needed to help her patients.
