Dr. Kerr is an animal person. She is competent and experienced. She has taken care of 7 of our pets and a goat. She has shown competence in care whether it is a stray cat fight infection, neutering/spaying, or hyper yippy dog that snarls at toenail clipping. She has treated us with great care in putting a beloved dog down. I highly recommend her although he client load is very heavy and she may not be taking new clients. It has been our great blessing to have Dr. Kerr as our animal vet.
Go someplace else. That is what she tells you to do when you call for an appointment.
I have been going to Dr. Kerr since she to over for Dr. Wood, I have never had a bad experience with her. In the beginning I think she was a bit nervous, she was after all filling some big shoes, she was probably under a microscope by many. I never have had a hard time getting an appointment, she has always treated my dog well, as a matter of fact he loves her. I dont understand the negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. kerr. She has always answered any questions I ask. I have never waited long for an appointment. When I had to have sick animals put down she has always shown Empathy. I trust her with my Animals 100%
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Most unpleasant people to be around. Loved working with Dr. Woods when he still worked here but once Dr. Kerr started working here everything went down hill. Always a long wait and after you wait the time and it's finally your turn she doesn't even give you enough respect to answer questions you have. Dr. Kerr and her staff is very rude and sound bothered when I had questions after my dog was spayed. I disagree with these reviews. I have been taking my hunting dogs( a total of 12 dogs) to Dr. Kerr for 7 years now and she has done a great job, especially with my litter of pups from this past spring. The staff is very helpful and to say that she and her staff are rough is not accurate when you see how they handled 5 day old pups. Convenient and long hours and a very clean office. Sorry but couldn't disagree more with the other two reviews
Please go somewhere else..This vet hates her clients and the pets they bring to her. I have no idea why she is a vet if she hates it so much. Her staff is equally rude, angry and miserable. The vet is very rough with pets and has a completly detached uncaring attitude..this is the worst vet I have ever taken my pet to...gave her the benifit of doubt was 2nd visit was worst than first.
