Dr. Keogh is a very traditional old school psychologist. A grandmotherly matron with a lot of experience. If that's what you're looking for, that's great. She is unfortunately a one woman army. Everything is in paper and she lost my chart once and forgot she had even seen me previously. Sessions went decently, but playing phone tag was rather annoying.
Worst experience ever. I chose to come to Nancy after reading the website and seeing that she “specializes” in the things I needed help with and she honestly just made it 10x worse. First of all when you get there she has you sign the normal paperwork without actually providing information on what you’re signing. Dr. Keogh has been an absolute blessing to my life. I've been her patient for several years now and I don't know what I'd do without her. Seeing a psychologist was a new experience for me and I had many pre-misconceptions on a what I'd experience. She quickly made me feel comfortable and all my anxieties for the situation went away.
