Although I like Dr. Irven, her office is run poorly. One of the the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The other woman (the one who usually answers the phone) is rude, doesn’t accurately relay information, and makes errors! My first appointment, I requested to see Dr. Irven. I was told I had an appointment with Dr. Irven. When I showed up, I had an appointment with another doctor. Once at the office, it was explained that Irven doesn’t see new patients.
