I hired Nancy to prepare my taxes a few years ago. She messed up and told me I owed X amount when I really owed more. She told me to inform the IRS they messed up when they sent collections letters. Fast forward 2-3 years later and I have a new accountant who revealed that Nancy was the one wrong and not the IRS. Now I'm charged over $1,000 in late fees and interest and Nancy tells me I need to contact the IRS for HER mistake. Not very professinal. Use my mistake as a lesson and avoid this accountant. COMPLETELY WORST THAN THE PITS !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Service is not guaranteed and totally a RIP OFF !!!!! Thanks to my new accountant I found out what they were doing
