I came to Nancy with Signia aids sold to me by a provider in Connecticut, right before I moved to NY. The aids were poorly programed and the domes were too large, so there was serious feedback. Nancy patiently and professionally corrected all issues and has worked diligently over the last two years to ensure my hearing is as good as possible. And note that the CT provider got all the revenue while, as the aids were under warranty, Nancy supplied her time and expertise. I totally recommend her.
We ABSOLUTELY love Nancy! She is very kind and gentle and my 7yr son loves getting his ears checked by her and discussing his favorite books. Getting kids to be comfortable for medical treatment is an art that she has mastered. Highly recommend!
Nancy is professional, experienced, knowlegable and patient. She also clearly knows her field including recent technological developments. I highly recommend her without hesitation.
