Mountain Comprehensive Care Center. Is a place I go to for me. I feel like family and I feel welcome. I’ve been with mt comp since 2019 and I can say Morgan county I’m still still in contact with, and if they can say hey how are you. Without hesitation and make you feel like you’re a stranger. Or bath county , office, they made me feel at home, and Rowan county. And let me say I might be famous. But poor rich famous all walks of life. You give your all you will get better . If you want a facility that truly cares about their patients’ long-term mental health, look elsewhere. Their new NP came across as pompous and dismissive. Administration refused to allow me access to the NP I was previously seeing and had me stable. What a waste of 2 years of my time and money.

I recently had to go into Riverside in Prestonsburg for an evaluation. I made it clear when I called I was not suicide or homicidal. I also informed not one but several people I had an important dr appointment the next day I couldn't miss. They ended up being full up and asked if I'd go to the hospital instead. Which I agreed I'd go after my dr appointment for my shoulder. The therapist that did my evaluation Bambi Case reported I was suicidal and refused to go and had a cop pick me up at the hospital. Robin tells you what you already know, doesn't try to connect in anyway whatsoever. Makes you upset and asks you if you're going to hurt yourself after. Needs license revoked asap. Waste of time and money.
