I recently took my 80-year-old mother to an appointment with Dr. Fleurancois and was shocked by her lack of compassion and patience. She was cold, condescending, and dismissive, refusing to let my mother speak freely or address her concerns. I do not recommend this doctor, but if Kaiser assigns her to you, be prepared to strongly advocate for yourself. If she treats an elderly woman this way, others can expect the same.
