I've been going to Dr. Kahn for years and truly appreciate her concern and care. She fought to get a much needed test that my husband needed (he was diagnosed with cancer) and fought the insurance company to get the proper care. Any time I need anything, both she and her secretary are there for me.
She's is very knowledgeable and personable. Moreover, when she needs to order lab tests for you, it is amazing. Instead of having to wait, she walks you to the nurses' station a few feet away. I had my blood test panel at 230PM, the next day at 830AM Dr. Kahn called with the results! How great is that!
Dr. Kahn can't care about her patients any less. She had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She could not properly address my questions, and you can tell she does not even care to do so. She talked on her personal phone while seeing patients without any explanation. She was rude, cold, unpleasant and in my eyes not qualified for her job at all. My advice: do not waste your time and money with her.
Dr. Kahn is an excellent doctor and I have had her as my family doctor for over 10 years. She knows my husband's and my physical condition and pre-existing diseases, and she will check regularly and take steps to prevent a recurrence. When we need to see her urgently, we always got immediate help, even sometimes on weekends. We are really appreciated her.
Literally go to any other doctor. Dr. Kahn is not great, but she's not the reason why I give her 1 star. There's something suspicious going on in that office in regards to billing. The secretary would say the copay is double the price than what my insurance says it is. Not only that but I was once charged for a visit to a different doctor in that office and for injections that I neither went to nor got.
