Home buying process can be dauting , especially for a first home buyer but having a kind, patience, and knowledge relator like Nancy just makes everything so much easier. I have worked with Nancy many times over the past few years. It’s refreshing to work with a real estate agent that always has her client’s best interest in mind. For example, recently, at the end of her client’s Home Inspection, because of the conditions observed, she recommended the client NOT to continue with the purchase of the house. Ultimately the client ended up happier in a different home a few weeks later. To me, this is the extra effort that shows her commitment to her client’s happiness.
