Poor communication. Close family member was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with possible metastatic cancer but had to rely on the biopsy doctor to be told the original source. Family has been extremely stressed to know next steps but Edwards has not contacted the family. Only hears from the nurse who can’t tell anything. If it were up to me, my relative would be looking for another nurse practitioner. Or how about a real doctor given the seriousness of this situation?
