When I said I wanted to see my family members health records which I've had legal access to for the last 20 years as I was questioning why they are not getting better, Stephanie said no - she was revoking my rights....because I questioned what she's doing behind closed doors. This organization does not want their people to get better - they'd lose to much money. So, they hide their actions by revoking family rights. The service provided by this place is extremely disappointing. It is evident that they prioritize their financial gain over the well-being of the ward. Their lack of consideration for the individual's genuine needs is apparent, as they fail to deliver personalized and attentive care to each client. I will give a zero star if I could.
Nancy Doty's office provide good service as a conservator and or Guardian for people who need protection of their assets or decisions made for them. Her office is a smaller operation and is a very refreshing alternative and option to the large fiduciary firms in town. She has been able to assist clients of mine who had large and complicated asset situations in a very professional manner and at a reasonable cost.
