Nancy seemed very disorganized during my first visit and repeatedly apologized for not knowing how to use their computer system. As a patient, this made me uncomfortable and concerned about trusting my health in her care.
She seems nice at first. But as my health conditions got to difficult her attitude changed. Yes she sent me to specialty care. But she is still the primary and could of and should of sent me to have very urgent test done right at this facility. She doesn't treat me with the same type of communication and compassion neder respect. She has walked out dismissing my concerns twice. Is time to change. I won't be treated like this ever again.
